We Can All Help By Not Letting Them Forget The Hurricane Katrina Victims
Right now the outpouring of support for Hurricane Katrina Victims is amazing. People are donating money at a record pace. People can't seem to do enough and that is fantastic. But what happens when CNN, Fox News and others stop the virtual round the clock coverage. Don't let the Hurricane Katrina Victims be out of sight out of mind. Your support is needed today and will continue to be needed for the next year, 2 years or more. Over 500,000 people are displaced far from their homes. Many with only the cloths on their backs. Many families are split up and find themselves in Different Cities or states. We can't forget and we can't let the world forget. We as webmasters, Ezine publishers and Article authors have a responsibility to keep The Hurricane Katrina Disaster Victims in the hearts and minds of the people so they continue to give. We need to selflessly point people to the Red Cross, United Way and Salvation army so we and they know their donations are used properly. We need to do this without any expectation of personal gain.
