Filling the Gap in the Breached Levee in New Orleans

The Army Corp of Engineers is having trouble "unwatering" the breach in the levee in New Orleans. I propose we use the Interchange Overpass and load it on a barge float it over to the breach and lay it on its side closing the gap. It is the right width so standing on its side will allow it the proper height to stop the water from Lake Pontchartrain. Most roads are made of rebar and concrete. We use the support columns to support the sides so it does not fall over? I know you are thinking; "yah right!" But we lay the freeway section on a barge and float it over and dump it off the side. Or simply sink the barge on one side and use the barge too. After all we are talking about an insurmountable problem really. We use hovering technology that they use at Boeing to lift hundred thousand pound fuselages to lover it onto the barge in one piece. We use a section of the bridge which is not too far off the ground as it slopes upward, thus allowing us to float under it barely as we cut the column which is on the high side of the slope. Then we cut the support piece and lay the freeway section onto the barge at a forty-five degree angle across the barge, by situating the barge underneath at that angle.

When dumping it off the side, we can push one end off and anchor the barge so it will not move and push off the other side or sink the barge slowing as needed once anchored, think on this.
