Bailleaux Enters 20th Year at 1st National Reserve
Beaumont, TX (PRWEB) June 19, 2008 -- 1st National Reserve announces the anniversary of Sheila Bailleaux's twentieth year as Office Manager. From its early days as a small company, Bailleaux has been taking care of customer service, billing, and meeting a myriad of managerial challenges head-on. She has played an instrumental role in the company's growth, and an even larger role when the company decided to move to their new location to accommodate its spiraling growth. "I started working here when 1st National Reserve was only a small operation on Harrison St. in Beaumont, TX. I have been delighted with the growth and modernization 1st National Reserve has undergone. My job has been exciting and very fulfilling realizing the success my company has achieved. It is fun knowing you have some power in helping others have a better life," Bailleaux said. Her contribution to the company has been so great that she is among an elite group of only two employees that have receive their "Employee of the year" award.
Over the years, Bailleaux's work has fostered a unique, friendly work environment, where employees are able to be more productive. She has always insisted on treating her employees exceptionally well. "We have excellent benefits which have never been cut due to rising costs," Bailleaux said.

A native Texan, Bailleaux grew up in Vidor, Texas, located 15 miles East of Beaumont. She married her high school sweet heart, Rodney Bailleaux. Before joining 1st National Reserve, she moved with Rodney to Ft. Hood, Texas while he served in the Army. After Rodney's 4 years of service, they moved back to Vidor, Texas and decided to design and build their own home there. Bailleaux says, "It was time to settle down and I am happy being here. Now, I have just become a Grandmother so I doubt that I will be moving from here anytime soon. It is nice being in a position to be able to spend time with the new addition to our family."
It is rare for an employee to spend 20 years at the same place of employment. Bailleaux's dedication and loyalty has been a tremendous benefit to 1st National Reserve over the years. A career manager of over 20 years is an outstanding accomplishment. That position in the Coin Collecting industry is an even greater accomplishment.
